I personally purchased numerous homes. I have delt with and understand the significance and negative impact, of overlooked aspects during home inspections. Previous inspector failures not uncovering crucial repairs spurred me to be part of the solution in the process.   Tim showed that cared that I knew the full inspection, and how I can go about repairing some of the issues. After he did a full inspection with pictures of everything, we did a zoom call. During the zoom call. He went through every category and took his time and answer any questions that I had. I highly recommend anyone that is a first home owner, or wants to know more about the inspection of their home to hire Tim.

Even if I didn’t do the zoom call, on the inspection, the way everything it was described. He makes it very clear and to the point about every category of the home.
