I personally purchased numerous homes. I have delt with and understand the significance and negative impact, of overlooked aspects during home inspections. I’ve learned firsthand the value of a comprehensive inspection and the importance of engaging a top-quality inspector. Previous inspector failures not uncovering crucial repairs spurred me to be part of the solution in the process. After he did a full inspection with pictures of everything, we did a zoom call. During the zoom call. He went through every category and took his time and answer any questions that I had. I highly recommend anyone that is a first home owner, or wants to know more about the inspection of their home to hire Tim.
