My agent Karla Hutchinson referred me to Tim Hastings to do the inspection on a property my husband and I are purchasing. Tim did a great job. He is super personable, knowledgeable and very thorough. He took the time to go over what he had immediate concerns about and then provided a detailed report, including pictures and video, after our appointment. I am very happy with the information and services he has provided and I will absolutely choose him again in the future.

Smooth process, thorough inspection. All communications have been professional and respectful. Priced fairly and seemed genuinely eager to help. I don’t think the house inspected is the one for me, but I know the inspector is!

Timothy, owner of Detect and Inspect LLC, was unbelievably kind, thorough, and responsive. He went through our potential new home top to bottom, finding things that were unknown to us as an out of town buyer. He then went through the inspection report, line by line, over the phone, which made us feel much more at ease. He offers secondary inspections at NO COST to the buyer which is an absolute blessing, since buying a house can almost break the bank. I can confidently, without ANY hesitation, recommend Detect and Inspect LLC for your home inspection. Timothy will do a fantastic job because he values his name and his reputation.

Direct Inspect, LLC is the best home inspection company I have had the pleasure to work with. They were quick to respond to my request for inspection and there was good communication from scheduling to the final detailed report I was provided. Mr. Hastings did a very thorough inspection of all the systems in and outside the home. Afterwards he took the time to go over his findings and answered all my questions in terms I could understand. This gave me vital information in order to make the best informed decision during my home buying process. I found this company to be honest and operate with integrity and highly recommend them. Thank You Mr. Hastings for a job well done.
