Tim showed that cared that I knew the full inspection, and how I can go about repairing some of the issues. After he did a full inspection with pictures of everything, we did a zoom call. During the zoom call. He went through every category and took his time and answer any questions that I had. I highly recommend anyone that is a first home owner, or wants to know more about the inspection of their home to hire Tim.

Even if I didn’t do the zoom call, on the inspection, the way everything it was described. He makes it very clear and to the point about every category of the home.
