What makes home inspections important to me:

I personally purchased numerous homes. I have delt with and understand the significance and negative impact, of overlooked aspects during home inspections. I’ve learned firsthand the value of a comprehensive inspection and the importance of engaging a top-quality inspector. Previous inspector failures not uncovering crucial repairs spurred me to be part of the solution in the process. Instead of dwelling on incomplete inspections, I committed to becoming a home inspector. One who ensures thoroughness and aids buyers in negotiations while making informed choices.

Tim did a great job. He is super personable, knowledgeable and very thorough. He took the time to go over what he had immediate concerns about and then provided a detailed report, including pictures and video, after our appointment. I am very happy with the information and services he has provided and I will absolutely choose him again in the future.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Timothy, owner of Detect and Inspect LLC, was unbelievably kind, thorough, and responsive. He went through our potential new home top to bottom, finding things that were unknown to us as an out of town buyer. He then went through the inspection report, line by line, over the phone, which made us feel much more at ease. He offers secondary inspections at NO COST to the buyer which is an absolute blessing, since buying a house can almost break the bank. I can confidently, without ANY hesitation, recommend Detect and Inspect LLC for your home inspection. Timothy will do a fantastic job because he values his name and his reputation.
